Phone calls, emails and in person tours to ensure flawless planning and coordination.
Communication and coordination with full vendor team.
Prior to the big day, a one hour rehearsal walkthrough.
Ten hours of on site coordination for the day of.

Day-Of Coordination Package

This for the couples that have every part of their wedding planned but need last minute details and coordination. As part of our day of coordination service we offer:
Final venue walkthrough to ensure every detail aligns seamlessly with your vision.
Assistance with set up and take down of decor/rentals.
Assistance with timeline creation for each vendor day-of.
Unlimited email/text communication prior to wedding day. Two virtual or in-person meetings.
One hour rehearsal walkthrough.
Ten hours of on site coordination for the day of.
Overseeing and enforcing contractual liabilites. Take over point of contact to vendors 3-7 days prior to wedding.
